If we determine that your item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products
